My 3 nights in Puerto Escondido were such great. The employees were amicable and accommodating. There was lots of brilliant options for prepaid breakfast. Very central location really close to restaurants and gift shops, Zicatela beach, the center of things, it was in a great area.

Consistently courteous staff, nice decor, strategic location adjacent to inexpensive restaurants, Playa Zicatela. I asked for large queen room, it was individual and tasteful. I liked the vegetarian breakfast, lovely variety. Exclusive hotel with perfect customer service. Absolutely fabulous views, amazing pool, paid parking.

The hotel was in the best possible location, I loved air conditioning room and accommodating staff. Outstanding view, a big balcony, very comfy bed, too. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Hot drinks at roof top bar, impeccable service.
